The MSL Oil Thermostat will open at a lower temperature than the standard oil thermostat (at 85 degrees Celsius) and will keep the temperature stable between 95 and 105 degrees Celsius, depending on the car model. It smelled a bit “chemically” for the first few days. The smell did fade and eventually go away entirely. It also still slides off of my bed despite having the straps to hold it in place. Otherwise, I have no complaints. It’s extremely comfortable and adds a few extra inches to the height of my bed.
